Repairs
Allen Amplification provides repair and maintenance service on all Allen and customer-built Allen Amplifiers.
Warranty
All new Allen-built amplifiers are equipped with 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
Repair Rates
All repair and maintenance work performed outside of the warranty period will be billed at $60/hour with a $100 minimum billing for amps delivered for repair.
Repair Inquiry Information
Please provide the following information when contacting us about repairs:
- Model
- Year (if known)
- Allen-Built or Kit (Allen-Built amps will have an engraved serial number with signed and dated chassis)
- Description of issues and/or symptoms
- Known history of ownership and maintenance
- Steps taken to troubleshoot
